I never was a big fan of Forever 21 shoes but they are growing on me and the prices are beyond great! If you're more into detail vs. price...... then there's your motive. Sometimes waiting on the lines at the store can be a bit annoying so shop online and you may find more with out the hassle. Of course there are many who love the adrenaline rush of shopping amongst other fashionistas so go ahead..... at least you can afford to!
