Fall 2010: Leather&Pleather

Leather never goes out of style unless you're wearing it from head to toe. Don't get me wrong there are a few who can pull the look off but I think it's done right when you mix it with other materials. Not only is leather here to stay for the fall season but faux leather will share the spotlight and were not just talking in jackets.

One may ask how one can carry over the trend and it's just simple: LAYERS! So I took photos of my sister (Bran in white jeans) and a associate of mine (Jasmine in blue jeans) to give you a spin of how they can wear the seasons most loved jeans into the next...

Here's Your Inspiration!

To Bitch Or Not?

Bitch Is the New Black by Helena Andrews is a funny and heartfelt memoir about an African American young lady striving for success while trying to date and keep close with family and friends. Ms. Andrews says what many of us would be afraid to or what many of us do and when some may give looks for saying things on your mind, just know you're not alone. Ms. Andrews and I have your back! Go and grab your copy and share it with your bffs over dinner.
