It was just September minutes ago.... and now like many, I'm scrambling through my cubbies for scarves, hosiery, fluffy sweaters and cool jackets. Lets face it, summer is gone and unless you plan on moving to the caribbean or somewhere else freaking hot, transitioning pieces is much needed. I'm literally going through my closet as we speak to see what dresses, skirts and hughes I can continue to wear from summer to fall. Some of you have the glory of wearing what you want and for the rest of us, work's dress code policy is a must. That doesn't mean we can't show our personalities!!
